Bill has an extensive background in government and private sector
contracting with expert knowledge of federal procurement laws, statues,
directives, regulations, policies, including specific industry contracting
practices. He possess an excellent working knowledge of the theories,
practices and techniques of auditing government contractors including the
audit of grants and non profits. His work experience includes managing
complex audits of large defense contractors located throughout the
northeastern United States as well as Europe, the Middle East and the
Pacific Rim. Bill is able to draw upon an extensive network of government
experts within the Department of Defense and other government agencies.
He is an experienced business advisor assisting small and medium sized
companies obtain a competitive business advantage in order to achieve
greater market opportunity. Bill served as a senior executive with the
Department of Defense for over 35 years.
